This is for all the people who are trying to get healthy this year. The sample one is filled out based on an actual record of one of my days. I'm not afraid to show the world that, like everyone, I have unhealthy habits that I need to change... especially not if it's going to help someone else realize they aren't alone and that they too can change themselves into a healthier and happier person.

All you need to do is save the picture of the blank journal, create a word processing document with two columns, then insert the blank journal .JPG in each column. Then you can print out as many as you need, punch holes in the page, and carry it in a binder with you or record what you've done at the end of the day before bed. Instant food journal, so that you can see your bad eating habits or patterns and fix them, or cheer yourself on for a job well done! If you're having trouble determining calories and everything else, use Nutrition Data or FatSecret and see what you're really eating.
